Terms of Use

1. Purpose of the service

Pusula is an app that provides study planning, topic tracking, time measurement, wrong-question records, book tracking, and progress-review tools for YKS preparation. Pusula is not an educational institution, examination authority, or professional counselling service.

The information and tools in the app do not guarantee an exam score, ranking, university admission, or placement result.

2. Account and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your sign-in details, and activity carried out through your account. You must not access another person’s account, abuse the service, bypass security controls, or upload harmful content or code.

You must have the necessary rights to use any image you upload to the Wrong Notebook and must use it lawfully.

3. Premium and Google Play

Premium access may be offered through Google Play Billing. Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the applicable Google Play terms. Pusula does not process payment-card details itself; information required for purchase verification may be processed between Google Play and the app’s verification services.

Free use may include ads. Ads are suppressed for Premium users, and features or access may vary according to account status.

4. Availability and changes

Features, screens, free/Premium scope, and supported platforms may change over time. Maintenance, security work, service-provider outages, or technical problems may temporarily affect availability. Continuous or error-free operation on every device is not guaranteed.

5. Account restriction and deletion

Access may be restricted or an account may be closed in response to a breach of these terms, misuse, or a security risk. You can request account deletion through the in-app deletion flow. Deletion may require reauthentication and an asynchronous server process; see the Delete account page for details.

6. Intellectual property

The Pusula name, interface, software, and app content belong to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use them beyond permitted personal use without authorization.

7. Limitation

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Pusula does not promise that a study plan or use of the app will produce a particular academic outcome. You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter and for any personal backup you need.
